Radian's Geass

Name: Zero Mobility

Ability: This Geass is used by Radian to make a person much slower when it comes to speed and reaction time. It does this by scrambling the brain's ability to send messages to the rest of the body so in short the body is unable to move or do anything as fast as it used to.

Limits: Radian must make Eye contact, it only affects muscles that a person can control directly(so heart, lung and such are safe), and it only last for 2 post.

History: Radian gained this Geass from a woman that was being studied by Britannia scientist, the woman was told to give Radian the Geass or they would kill her. The Woman was called Z.Z. and she was one of the few beings that didn't treat Radian as a machine or a weapon, she gave Radian the Geass and taught him a bit about it before she was taken away. Radian used this once on an 11 that was moving a bit too fast for him to catch, with this Geass the person was slowed down enough for him to capture the man and turn him into the Britannia military.
