Black Watch (Revised and Rearmed :P)

Name: Black Watch

Origin: Former Counter-Terrorism Unit, they were put out of duty for using extreme measures. They were then brought back to work for Kasumi.

Alliance: Britannia

Purpose: They're purpose is to enforce Britannia rule on its colonies. Officially anyway...

What do they Do: They Protect Kasumi and Enforce British Law Where She Places Them.

History: Created around the time Kasumi joined the Rounds. She refused to go unguarded anywhere except combat. It was a unit that was mainly off duty due to their incredibly lethal forms of crowd control. The Black Watch was a Spec Ops team that specialized in Counter-Terrorism. During a Riot in Area 13, they simply opened fire on the civilians and blew them apart. The Emperor didn't disagree with this act, but couldn't let it go. They were from then on only used for extreme Terrorist Situations. They were called to deal with Kasumi when she took over the mechanical facility. She was the only person who had ever managed to defeat them. The Emperor seemed to notice how similarly Kasumi and the Black Watch reacted to combat situations. The Emperor put Kasumi as their leader. Kasumi ignored the actual missions and just used them for her own purposes. Which pleased everyone, because they were not wanted anywhere.
