Hirasaki exited his plane and walked into the Area 11 airport. Many protesters yelled as he entered his car and started to drive. "Kasumi, I've decided to clean up this place. It stinks of corruption. Fire all police officers that are currently in activity and force them to take the same test and training as the Black Watch. Do the same with military, except the soldiers aren't fired. If any officer refuses to take the test throw him out. Meanwhile, William your going to start the clean up. I know about your many connections, your going to set up meetings with every gang, criminal, crook, corrupt cop... everyone in the underworld that you can get. Tell them to meet in the Babel Tower, we've evacuated all the normal staff and people who deserve another shot at life. You lure them their at we give the command and slaughter them all." William sighed and drank from a bottle of vodka, he pulled out his rifle and loaded and cocked it. "Why am I meeting them?" Hirasaki thought for a moment. "To form an alliance regarding the new crackdown. Or something like that." The car stopped and Kasumi got out in front of the ministry of Homeland Security. "I'll get to work on the training." She closed the door and Hirasaki yawned. "William, you have to make sure they bring their entire gangs." William coughed. "Yeah like hell they'll bring everyone." Hirasaki smiled. "I have a reason for them to. These gangs are rivals and enemies, they'll want protection, also tell them that there is a slim chance of a double agent. They'll quickly bring everyone." William looked out the window. "This is my safehouse, I'm getting out here." William opened the door got out and closed it. Hirasaki thought for a moment and opened his phone and sent a text message to Shin. "Hey brother, are you going to be here? I'm becoming Governor today. Bring anyone you want." He sent it and then called Kasumi. "Kasumi, invite the Rounds or as many as you can to the ceremony. I suspect that this'll be important, it may turn violent. Besides, everyone can enjoy this." He sent a message to Radian. "Get you and your bosses to the ceremony today, I'll be important for everyone to be there." He sent it and then sighed. Kasumi sent a message to each Rounds inviting them to come. "I have two hours before it starts..." He got out at his new home and entered the building.

Gino was flying in his knightmare towards tokyo so he can meet the first knight of round. " i hope he is cool and nice " gino said as he put the flight controls on auto pilot. as he got closer to tokyo he took the controls off auto pilot and came down for a landing in the air field. when Gino got out the knightmare he went towards a guy waiting there "hey can you take me to the frist knight" sure kid

The car drove incredibly fast to war ministry. The driver left Gino out and then drove off. Kasumi walked outside and looked at him. "Need something?"

yes im looking for the frist knight of rounds i have orders to report here to him to help with a project or something

"I'm the first knight of rounds you uneducated imbecile. I have no need for an idiotic 4th of rounds. Good day, I have to report to the governor. But the governor wants all the Rounds here. So come on." Kasumi got into a car that just pulled up. She left the door open and waited for Gino. After he got in the driver pressed down on the gas and they sped towards the governmental palace. Kasumi got out and didn't wait and walked inside.

The whole time in the car Gino was thinking about how Kasumi just disrespected him and he doesn't even know him. After the car stopped he got out and followed Kasumi. Why does the governor want all the knights of round here?

Kasumi sighed and walked inside, she didn't care for any other Rounds except for the first and second. She walked down a large hall and stepped into the room Hirasaki was sitting in. He didn't take notice and kept typing on a computer. Kasumi stood to the left of the door waiting for him to notice. William sat in the corner of the room on a phone, a few other Black Watch soldiers were doing simple tasks. Hirasaki turned his chair around and looked at Kasumi. "Well, I guess its time to begin." He waved to a few Black Watch who then left the room.

Shin heard his phone ring and answered it to hear his little brother's voice. He grinned and answered, "Why do you bother to ask, you know i would never miss my little brothers corination. I'm actually in my plane right now with my knight Kaito. Be there in a few, see ya beansprout." Shin hung up the phone as he got out of the plane and was now in the airport. He walked right passed the protesters and reporters. Shin and kaito then got into a limo and headed straight for the place where the corination would happen. There were a few soldiers who came with him from south america because he knew that it would get violent. They arrived at the building and Shin wlaked in with Kaito right behind him. "Hello hirasaki, i'm here like i said i would be."

"We're almost complete, now that my idiot brother has arrived. I didn't expect you to arrive this early, we aren't set up yet. I wonder how violent the 11s will make this. They media used the word crackdown with mentioning who I am cracking down on. Which isn't them, but they think it is. Anyone who so much as tries to interrupt this ceremony will be arrested violently..." Hirasaki turned back to his computer and started to type. He pulled out a bottle of vodka and took a long sip.

Radian had been training for the big three so that he could test out his new gun the GBL-001 and after he was done the room had more holes in it than Switz cheese as he put away the gun and checked his phone for missed calls and found one from Hirasaki. He listened to it and said "So he wants me and my bosses at the stupid thing. *sigh* Such a waste of time and making us such a big target." Radian called the big three and after only a few minuets they had everything together, they soon got in a aircraft and were heading toward Area 11 as they had a few other things going there too. Such as the Shadowbane Knightmare just in case as well as a few Dark Templar soldiers and vehicles as Radian hand the GBL-001 taken apart and put in a large bullet proof metal case that he carried with him.

"ok so what are we here for i dont like leaveing my knightmare unattended for to long" gino said being as polite as possible hoping for some answers

Kasumi twisted his arm behind his back and pushed him against a wall. "Learn your place, Hirasaki will be your better for as long as hes alive and even in death. If you had read the message it clearly states your here for his coronation. Now sit down and shut up." She tossed him into a chair and sat down. Hirasaki sighed and took another drink.

Only after a bit of time Radian and the Big Three were in Area 11 and had already gotten into a black car with escort vehicles as a group of Dark Templar were kept on ready to help if someone attacked while everyone was gathered in one place. After a little bit more time they arrived at the location and the group walked out as the escort vehicles took positions around the area as Radian walked in front of the big three as he carried the bulletproof case with him, when he reached the door a man held it open for them so they all walked inside as Radian found a few seats near Kasumi and Hirasaki as the group sat down and Radian looked at the others and nodded as he waited for something to happen.

The Black Watch kept the Dark Templar from entering the grounds. Hirasaki say them and smiled. "Ah, intelligenet company at last." Kasumi shook her head and fell into a chair.

"Ouch." Gino said. "You don't have to be so ruff and treat me like an 11. God what did I do to you well I guess ill be watching the coronation from my Knightmare as back up i guess" Gino said. "I did read the paper it had nothing in it about a coronation it just said to report here to the first knight of rounds."
